She is survived by her parents of Concepcion, TX her husband Mario R. Muñoz Jr. of Falfurrias, TX one daughter Elouisa Muñoz Garcia of Falfurrias, TX two sons Orlando J. Muñoz (Erica) of Hebbronville, TX and Mario Muñoz III of Falfurrias, TX, father-in-law Mario Muñoz Sr.
She is also survived by her sister Pam Peña (Silvano) of Hebbronville, TX three brothers Canuto Benavides (Debbie) of Round Rock, TX Chris Benavides Jr. (Cathy) of Falfurrias, TX and Carlos Benavides of Concepcion, TX. five grandchildren Jose David Perez III, Jayden Israel Vela, Brylie Teresa Garcia, Orlando Javier Munoz II, Olivia Antoinette Muñoz and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her mother-in-law Teresa R. Muñoz.
A Holy Rosary will be held on Thursday August 28, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Alaniz Funeral Home in Falfurrias Texas. Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 AM Friday August 29, 2025, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Falfurrias Texas. Interment will follow at the Falfurrias Burial Park.
Pallbearers are Chris Benavides, Silvano Peña II, Roy Mireles, Ricky Muñoz Jr., Jun Lopez and JM Ramirez. Honorary pallbearer- Orlando Muñoz II.
