Passed away in Montreal at the age of 89 on August 8, 2015 at St. Mary's Hospital. Predeceased by her beloved husband George Robertson. Pat was the loving mother of Susan (Fred Mueller), Margaret, Douglas (Jill Byrne) and Debbie (Doug Vickers) and grandmother of Geoffrey (Kat) and David (Natalia) Mueller, Mark (Laurie), Stephen and Alexander Robertson and Michael Vickers and great-grandmother of Jacob and Hanna Robertson. She will be sadly missed by her beloved sister Joan (Robert McNab) and her many nieces, nephews and friends. Daughter of the late Francis (Frank) and Ann Foster of Verdun and sister of the late Betty (Stan Atkinson) and the late Mary (Buzz Barton). Pat graduated from St. Mary's School of Nursing in 1946 and dedicated her life to the care of her family and to her career in nursing, which for many years was at the Barrie Memorial Hospital in Ormstown, QC. Her family would like to thank the staff of the Residence Belvedere in Lachine for the care and comfort given to Pat in her later years. Our greatest appreciation and thanks to the loving staff at St. Mary's Hospital 6th Floor South for the exceptional care she received in her last days. Visitation will be held at J.J. Cardinal Funeral Home on Notre Dame Street in Lachine on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place at J.J. Cardinal on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the charity of your choice. Please join us in the Celebration of her Life.
