To Patrick's Family

Words can never express the sorrow I feel for your loss. I pray nightly for God to help you get through this.

I only met Patrick last year, but I know he was a wonderful young man. So polite and kind and that smile I will remember always. And his hugs!

My son Nick loved Patrick like a brother and I came to love him also. I know he came from such a fine and loving family because he carried those loving qualities through his own actions and deeds. He spoke so proudly of all of you and with such love and kindness.

If ever there is anything I can do for you, I am at your disposal. I will come if you need me. You may call me at any time, day or night. My prayers and thoughts are with you at all times. We loved your son and brother so much.

Love
Cathy Buchanan

Patrick,

I only knew you for a short period of time but I am glad I got the chance to. You were very cool to hang out with and always had something witty to say. You have left me with nothing but good memories and I am sad that there won't be more to come. R.I.P.

Ricko, you showed and taught me so much in our short time together. How to surf, how to bartend and how not to play golf... We were the "dream team" at the Sterling and we had some awesome times in those days. I feel the deepest sympathy for the Desmond Family and all who were fortunate enough to call Ricko a friend. I will never forget what a goodhearted person you were and what a great friend you have been. You will be sorely missed. Rest in peace Chowder, I love you man.

To my best friend Patrick,
I love you like a brother. And I mean really love you with all my heart. You are like family to me and I will never forget you. I had some of my best times and laughs with you. You were always there for me. We played sports together, worked on my house together, met girls together. You were my partner in so many ways. You were always someone I could count on and I feel so lucky to have known you for the last 8 years. I know one day we will see each other again. Love your bro, Tommy
To Rick, Colleen, Julie, and Jamie,
You are such a wonderful and strong family and are Patrick's backbone. You gave him so much love and he shared it with so many. I am just one of his best buds and he had several. I feel honored and privileged to have spent time with you all and Patrick. You instilled in him a great sense of humor and huge heart. He was so thoughtful and would go out of his way for you. He had great pride in you all and looked up to you so much.
I still remember the night Pat, Rick, Colleen and I went to see the Cowboys play at Beef's like it was yesterday. It was a Sunday night game and the Cowboys were struggling and we needed a break. Just then I said Eli Manning would throw an interception on the next play and he did. We all screamed in excitement and high fives were all around. It was a beautiful night and I will cherish that memory every time I think of you. When we left Rick told me to take care of his son and I remember thinking to myself, of course I will, he's my brother. I will always hold you guys inside my heart. Love Tommy
