I remember you, Patrick, on that big January night in DC. Standing with you under the winter stars near the Washington monument on the eve of the presidential inauguration. Bruce Springstein´s music filled the air. It was very cold, but all of our hearts felt warm, loving and joyful. You were sparkling as bright as the stars, making new friends as you did, so intentionally and easily, wherever you were. How blessed we are to be your friend, in your family forever. With loving memory.

I knew Pat more as an acquaintance at Bentley but we hung out on multiple occasions and every time I saw him he had the biggest smile on his face, from ear to ear. That is the lasting memory I will have of him.

Pat was a true friend and one the most genuine people I have ever known. He taught me how to enjoy life and follow my heart. I thought I would know him forever and it blows my mind that this time is all I got with him. Pat knew how to be happy. That is the only thing I can say for sure. My sincere condolences go out to his family and anyone who was lucky enough to have him in their lives. I miss him already.
