Patrick Joseph Maguire

I had the absolute privilege of getting to know Mr. Maguire while I worked at the Diebold Center. I hold fond memories of him and continue to pray for him and his family. Please know I think of the Maguires often!

My heart goes out to you, Mary, Colleen, Brendan & Erin. I have such wonderful memories of Pat - always such a cheery person with a warm smile and laugh. My Mom, Carol, adored him since they went to grade school together and remained friends for 60+ years. So many good times in Meadowbrook - hope you'll cherish the memories as much as I do! He also was so amazing to offer to play his bagpipes at all of the Madden departures to heaven - including Dennis, Carol & Sean. We were all blessed to know him! XOXO, Tracey Madden

SO sad to hear of Pat's passing. 'Twas a fine day when he came to join us in the Celtic Cross Pipe and Drum Band. The Angels and his heavenly family have him now and he will joyfully lead them all. MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY to you all. Pat was a gem! In 1992 my husband & I were looking for a bag piper to play at our wedding in my hometown of Fairfield...he was the guy!!! A blessing came in the years following. In 1998 we moved to New Milford and had the great pleasure of seeing him play the pipes in many parades...on the green etc! I never missed an opportunity to say hello to that kind & charming man

Pat was a natural born story teller, his laughter and joy was in abundance. His bagpipes had their own travel passport. You meet Pat, and you know the bagpipes were close by. Most of all, Pat was a family man who dearly loved his family. My deepest condolences to Josie, Brendan & Mia, Colleen and David and Erin. I always enjoyed conversations with Pat whenever I saw him at the parades, and he was always supportive of the Stephen P. Driscoll Memorial Pipe Band. Condolences to the family and RIP Pat. I'll play some tunes for you!
