Patrick McConnell Obituary
He is survived by his beloved son, Orin McConnell; his dear sister, Maria (Jason) Whitmer; his caring aunt, Patrina Nickson; as well as his devoted nephews, Steven, Lance Raglin, and Zachary Sims, and niece, Margaret Raglin.
Pat was a man of many talents, with a passion for chess, poetry, and art that he shared with all who knew him. He graduated with honors from Saginaw Chippewa Tribal College in 2011. His creative spirit and kind heart touched many lives, and his memory will continue to inspire those who were fortunate to know him.
A memorial service to honor and celebrate Pat's life will be held at Nelson Park in Mt. Pleasant, MI, on June 22, 2024, at 3 pm. A more intimate gathering for the scattering of his ashes will take place the next day at the waterfront park in Elberta, MI, at 1 pm. Family and friends are invited to join in remembrance of a life marked by joy, creativity, and deep connections.
Pat McConnell's life story is one of enduring impact and meaningful connections. He will be profoundly missed by all who loved him. May he rest in peace.
