Margaret and I express our deepest symphathies to Shari and the children and we are heartbroken at this unexpected loss. I have been working with Pat for 17 years and have enjoyed his gracious spirit and infectious sense of humor and goodwill as my partner at work. The sense of loss that I feel without his comraderie is profound, and I will miss his voice and laughter in the workplace. I can only pray that your family will be comforted by the knowledge of what a good and decent man Pat was.

Patrick is my younger cousin and the pride I have for him will never go away.He worked so hard to become a doctor, something he knew he wanted to be since childhood.Even though we live many miles apart he and his lovely wive and beautiful children were in my thoughts daily. As I just received this terrible news and my heart is broken I pray for Shari and the boys, remembering my last conversation with Pat telling him we are family and stuck together no matter what and I LOVED Him!And to give my love to the family as well.I lost part of my heart when Pat left this earth and pray as he is with his parents in heaven and the Aunt Pat who helped raise him,He is at peace and hope this thought helps to bring peace to all of our family who loved him more than anyone could realize.

From all of the O'Malley's back in Ohio: We are left without words to express our sympathy, thoughts and love to Patrick's family. We take comfort in knowing that he is with his mom, dad and brothers. Although we are thousands of miles away, we want Patrick's family to know he is in our prayers. The Cleveland O'Malley's

My heart goes out to the family of Dr. Pat O'Malley. I, too, had the great privilege of working with him for a number of years at Saint Anthony's North hospital. He was a good man and well respected. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this terribly painful and difficult time.

I was shocked and saddened to learn of Patrick's passing. I have known him a number of years and I truly treasured the expertise he provided to the medical community. Not only was he an expert radiologist, he was a great person to talk to, joke with and toss around some ideas. He will be missed dearly.

I was lucky enough to work for Dr O'Malley and he was one of my favorite doctors. He was kind, caring, and fun to talk to. I'm saddened to hear we lost a great guy. You will be greatly missed Dr O'Malley.
