Patrick O'SULLIVAN Obituary
On Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Christchurch Hospital, after a lengthy illness, aged 80 years. Dearly loved son of the late Jack and Kath. Dearly loved brother of Marie (dec), Tony, Bernadette, John, Brian, and Kevin. Loved by his nieces and nephews and extended families.

Thanks to Suzanne and her team at Maryville Courts for the wonderful care of Pat. Messages to the O'Sullivan family, c/- PO Box 10345, Christchurch 8145. Due to current restrictions, a Requiem Mass has been held.
