RECKER, Patrick Joseph "Pat" 67 years, peacefully with his family by his side at the Windsor Regional Metropolitan Campus on March 1, 2010. Beloved husband, lifelong companion and friend of Annette Dufour for 17 years. Survived by former wife Ruth Anne Blonde. Devoted father of Patricia & Pierre Robitaille, Mary Recker and John & Rachel Recker. Dear step father of Michael & Brenda Dufour, Margaret & Larry Ouellette, Marilyn & Michael Shepley, the late Matthew Dufour & survived by wife Shelley (1997) and Mark & Christine Dufour. Cherished papa of Meghan, Ian and grandpa to Casey, Robi, Andrew, Bethany, Samantha, Dylon, Christa, Christopher, Nicklos and Machaela. Precious great grandpa of Connor and Jessica. Loving brother of Catherine & Harold Renaud, Bernard & Ursula Recker, Jim & Alice Recker and Betty Recker, predeceased by brother Francis. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Pat retired from Chrysler Canada after 37 years of dedicated service as an Electrical Engineer, a member of CAW Local 444 and of the K of C Council No. 2775 - of St. William Church, Emeryville. His passions in life were landscaping , racing and spending time with his family. VISITATION at the Windsor Chapel Funeral Home 1700 Tecumseh Rd East on Thursday from 2 to 5 & 7 to 9 PM. Parish prayers Thursday at 7:30 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to join the family on Friday March 5, 2010 at Most Precious Blood Church (1947 Meldrum Rd) from 10:00 AM until time of funeral mass at 10:30 AM.
