Patrick Sweeney Obituary
He was born in Glendale, California on June 23, 1967. Patrick graduated from College of Arts & Sciences and received a BS in International Trade from Texas Tech University.
He was married to Leslie Brunson on August 7, 2007.
Patrick had a career in international logistics for Well Worldwide Energy and Murphy Shipping. He was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity and had a passion for Texas Tech sports, hunting and Jackson's baseball.
He is survived by his wife, Leslie Sweeney; son, Jackson Sweeney; stepson Kazz; stepdaughter, Hailie; parents; Matthew and Elaine Sweeney; sister, Joey Lancaster and her husband Bob; brother, Mike Sweeney and his wife Sue; and brother, Steve Sweeney and his wife Dee Ann. Plus the many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins he loved so much. Also includes his many friends.
A Celebration of Life for Patrick will be held Friday, June 17, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made in Patrick's name to Timbergrove Sports Association, 1500 Bevis St., Houston, Texas 77008 or the Sam Houston Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America (www.samhoustonbsa.org).

It was so good I met you in your short stay on earth and may you continue to rest in the bosom of the Lord.
