Just learned of Patsy's passing tonight through an email from Cindy. I knew Patsy and Bill through my sister, Jean Frazier who was a high school classmate and lifelong friend of Bill Brumley. My heart goes out to the entire family of this sweet lady who was loved and will be missed by so many.
