Patsy Ann Jones Gaspard passed on to her heavenly reward on November 6, 2024, surrounded by her devoted family. Born on February 15, 1947, in Galveston, Texas, to Albert Lawrence Jones and Eloise Ernestine Nelson Jones, Patsy lived in Texas City, Texas, since 1967. A dedicated member of Northside Baptist Church in Texas City, Patsy enjoyed floral design, traveling, and dancing with her beloved husband of 58 years, Roy Gaspard.

Patsy's greatest joy was spending time with her family and traveling with her husband. As the heart of her family, she hosted gatherings filled with love, laughter and everyone's favorite dishes. Her strong faith and deep relationship with the Lord shone through her active participation in her church community.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Eloise Jones; sisters, Caroline Gunderson and Annette Mitchell; brothers, Horace Jones and Bobby Jones; and great-grandson, Elijah Troutman.

Patsy is lovingly remembered by her husband, Roy Paul Gaspard; daughters, Connie Troutman and her husband Gilbert, Kim Cleveland and her husband Kael, and Nikki Berkley and her husband Shawn; along with her cherished grandchildren: Travis, Samuel, and Daniel Troutman, Kayla Stuart Vossler, Taylor Marie Stuart, Trevor and Trenton Gillaspia, and Kyle Martinez; and her treasured great-grandchildren, Landon and Elizabeth Troutman, Jackson and Elizabeth Vossler, Teagan and Jaxon Gillaspia. Surviving siblings; John Brown and Jeanette Geddes.

Patsy's pastor, Kevin Wilshire, will deliver the eulogy, with her grandchildren Travis, Trevor, Sam, Trenton, Kyle, and Daniel serving as pallbearers.
