Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. I will never forget receiving a phone call 3 years ago from Mr. Bisson who didn't know me but reached out to me to offer support while my daughter who was in the 8th grade was struggling with mental health issues. Paul spent at least ten minutes offering me advice and personal anecdotes that really helped me as a worried parent. May he forever rest in heavely peace.

Your family is in my prayers and thoughts. As a new chair of Tecumseh Vista Parent Council, Paul was always available to answer questions and give me guidance. With the Aviva project, he was passionate and determined to finish it. He was a great leader who inspired us all to achieve the unachievable. What impressed me most about Paul was his deep faith in God and his openness in sharing that faith with others. He truly believed in putting God first in his life and allowing God to lead him in whatever adventure awaited him. Paul has definetely embarked on an incredible adventure in Heaven and I am sure he has already started several committees on how to improve things.
What I have taken from Paul's life is to always live life to the fullest, to always tackle things that are bigger than yourself, to help others, to find solutions to problems and to be bold and fearless in solving issues and to be committed to the faith and unashamed to share that faith with others. He will truly be missed. May your family find comfort in God's promises and in His love.

My son and i are so very sorry for your loss. We had the pleasure and privilege of having him in our lives as principal of Wm. G Davis P.S. He was and is a beautiful soul. My son adored him. My son, who doesn't have a father, wanted to give Mr. Bisson a father's day card. He thought that much of him. He has been and will be missed but, will always have a special place in our hearts. Although he is not in the physical world, we hope you can feel him with you the rest of your days. I know we will. Many healing thoughts and prayers for his family and friends.

Paul interviewed me twice in the last year. He called me multiple times after the second interview without luck of reaching me and without ever leaving a message. When he finally got ahold of me, he explained that he wanted to personally congratulate me on getting the job before hearing from the board office- and he had the nicest most inspirational message along with the congrats. Both times I met him I felt comforted- in the nervousness of interviews he had a special way to make me feel at ease and confident. In those short 2 interviews it was clear to see he had a great witty sense of humour and both times I left feeling happy and touched by his kindness. His smile was so genuine. It was clear to see he was a special person and someone who exemplified leadership- based on what I've read in the media and talking with his staff- everyone truly felt the same. His loss is greatly felt by all. He will be missed and not forgotten. He has touched so many lives. I send my deepest condolences to Paul's family. I will also be thinking of his staff and students as they return to school without him. ❤

Sweetest Karen and Children,
I can only but imagine the deep sadness in your hearts.
I hold many fond memories of Paul from working with him at Kingsville Public School but especially when our staff attended your memorable wedding! This past May, I had the privilege of spending time with Paul at TVA. Even though many years had passed since we had seen each other, Paul greeted me with a big, warm hug and we shared many hearty and heart-felt laughs as we reminisced about days gone by! I left thinking...what an amazing person who just got better with age, like a fine wine...I'm a better person for having known him...
My heart and deepest sympathies go out to each one of you. I pray you will find the peace that surpasses understanding during this difficult time. I pray that God would continue to hold each of you in the palm of His mighty hand as He strengthens and comforts you on this journey.

As a Board employee for nearly 28 years, I've encountered many principals in my time....and Paul was definitely one of the better ones. He would always arrive at Vista very early in the morning and no matter how busy we both were, we'd always sit and have a little heart to heart each time. He always liked to pick my brain about school related stuff and I liked to pick his. We both have sons similar in age and I'll never forget a comical moment of swapping "learning to drive" stories we shared about them. Paul was a very grounded, reasonable and respectful man, qualities that were especially endearing to me. Vista school has suffered a major loss. My sincerest condolences go out to his entire family, you should all be very proud.

I had the absolute pleasure and honour of working with Paul at Vista for my final three years of teaching. I will always remember his amazing and infectious sense of humour, his love of learning and most of all, his love for his "family." This "family" began at home then spread to include the entire Vista community, his church, his colleagues and mankind in general. We began Vista with the theme, "WE ARE BETTER TOGETHER" and I can honestly say, I am a better person for having known Paul. May his legacy be a better community, each and every one of us. Love and prayers to his family and to all who loved him.

Our deepest condolences to the Bisson family. Our 3 children are students at Tecumseh Vista and have always had nice things to say about their school principal. Bisson stories with us over the years.

I have just been informed, that the principal of Tecumseh Vista Academy Elementary School has died of a heart attack yesterday. My condolences go out to him and his family. This is not a good way to spend Christmas at all. This also has a big impact on me because I work with him every Monday and Friday through a mentorship program through leadership class. Not only that... He also gave me my first DJ job. DJ`ing is literally my life and what calms me down. And not only that..... It`s my little brothers principal too. So yea. RIP Mr. Bisson.
