Michele,
Carol and I were devastated when I learned of Paul's death. He was a truly generous, friendly, gentleman. We always enjoyed talking with him when he came to do windows or gutters. Our thoughts go out to you.

Michelle,
I was so surprised and saddened to see this obituary. I met Paul over ten years ago when he showed up to wash my windows for the first time as they are too high for me to reach. He was always courteous and professional. The last time he was here he was with someone else; usually he was alone. He was not feeling well that day. I felt so bad. I would have rescheduled. I digress my apologies.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. He will be missed he was always so thoughtful and patient while I washed my nick knacks and always asked if the put them back where i wanted them.

Paul was my very first best friend and cousin. Throughout our young days we had so much fun on Cambria Road, we were like the Little Rascals back then.
My family moved away from Cambria in the early 70's and we lost touch through the years but every time we met since then I had always been glad that we were both alive and sharing what was happening in our lives.
His smile, laughter, caring nature, friendship and just being cool will always live on in my memories.
Thanks to all who posted your memories! Really true and touching...
True Cambria Road story - Me and Paul were hanging around in the next door neighbors yard. I climbed a tree and I told Paul that I bet I could "Fly" down. He was scratching his chin, shaking his head, basically saying "bad idea", it was a 6 foot drop...Anyway I dropped, on my arm, compound fracture to the arm. After a bit of surprise and shock, Paul escorted me, carefully, to Nana's house across the street. Guess that's what a best friend does...
Love to all,
Cousin Jay

Cathy I was happy to be able to view Paul's service on line, and feel a small part of it. Although I lost touch with Paul through the years my memories are vivid of our friendship and the countless sleepovers at your home on Cambria road..playing games and eating treats from the easy bake oven. Paul was a great little brother, great little friend. Johnny too, great big brother and friend. Babe and Sonny always made me feel welcome as did your brothers. Paul I'm sure only aged better, a little nicer, a little kinder and I bet still always smiling. I'm so sorry for your loss. My sympathy to his wife and families also. RIP old little friend, till we meet again.
Sending hugs, love and sincere sympathy,

Paul was a good friend of mine back growing up in Auburndale and attending Newton North. As the years went by we lost touch but I can still remember some great times together. My condolences to Michelle and to Paul's family.

My heart broke when I heard of the passing of my cousin Paul. I have fond memories of him from our family gatherings. He always had such a warm, sweet personality and a great smile. I was thrilled to see him at Tommy and Amanda's wedding. It was so nice to laugh and catch up with him. He will be greatly missed.

When I was little my brother and I went on vacation with our cousins, the Feeley's. The Feeley's had rented a beach house on White Horse Beach. It was Johnny, my brother John, Cathy and myself, (Kathy) and Paul. Across the street from the house we stayed in was a family that had some unusual pets, They owned a bunny, a racoon, and some geese. Every afternoon we would have to leave the beach because Paul was so young, he would have to go home and take a nap. While he was napping Johnny and John and (I) Kathy and Cathy would go out and play.I hate to admit this but we would often tease the geese. We would stamp our feet at them and then run and the geese would chase us. One time while teasing the geese and running away. I fell and the geese were biting my sandals as I kicked and tried to escape. My brother and two cousins ran away and went on the screen porch and locked the screen door. I finally
got up and reached for safety but found the door locked, all of a sudden the door swung open. It was Paul who somehow skipped his nap and saved me. He had a big smile on his face.To me I will always remember him as the easy going, happy guy. Who was chivalrous in the way he helped others. Thank you, Paul. You are loved and will be missed.
Your cousin, Kathy (Moran) Carney

So sorry to hear Paul passed. Looked forward to his yearly visit to clean the windows. He was always friendly and had a great sense of humor. He loved my husband's police memorabilia Especially when we gave him a couple of pieces. He will be missed.

I liked Paul so much! I met him when I was 4 years old. He is in every happy and fun memory I have of growing up in our neighborhood. He was one of 19 amazing kids on our street that were out playing everyday, but he stood out from all the rest. The day we moved in, 54 years ago, Paul was the very first neighborhood kid we met. He came over to our house on that first day, my mother asked him what his name was, and with a big huge smile he said "My name is Paul Michael Feeley!" We became instant friends, and from that day on I was outside with him and all of the other neighborhood kids, and Paul always made me laugh!! Whether it was something he said or did, he always knew how to make me laugh! When all of the neighborhood kids played house, Paul and I always wanted to be the parents so we could boss all of the other kids around, but we never could because we liked everyone so much, so as the parents we'd let "the kids: get away with everything! I can't say a bad word about Paul, I have nothing but happy, funny and kind words to describe him. Over all of these years, and to this day, something will remind me of Paul and I'll laugh at something he said or did all of those years ago. He still brings a smile to my face and can make me laugh just thinking of a funny memory we shared. He was always up to something, and it always ended in laughter. I'll never forget Paul, he left a lasting impression on me. Whenever I picture him, I can see that big smile! We had the best group of kids on our street, I'm so lucky I was able to grow up with The Feeleys. My heartfelt sympathy to you and Tom and the entire family.
