He was born Nov. 10, 1919 in Home to Martin L. and Myrtle Ada (Stiteler) Fulmer. Mr. Fulmer worked as a truck driver with Teamsters Local 548 in Ford City, retiring in 1982. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He was a member of the Elderton Presbyterian Church. His other memberships included the Elderton Fire Department, where he was the past assistant chief; Elks Lodge 931 in Indiana; Elderton American Legion Post 918; He also served on Elderton Borough Council and on the Elderton School Board. Survivors include his wife, Helen A. (Rankin) Fulmer, whom he married March 19, 1943, in Garden City, Kan.; one son, Randall Paul Fulmer of Shelocta; one daughter, Mrs. Terry (Bonita Sue) Rearick of Spring Church; one grandson, Nathan Todd Rearick of Spring Church; four granddaughters, Natalie Fernandes of Orlando, Fla., Stephanie Rearick of Orlando, Fla., Mrs. Ronald (Stacie) Branan of Spring Church and Rachel Fulmer of Shelocta; one great-grandson, Dakota Branan; and one great-granddaughter, Taylor Fernandes; and three brothers, Glenn H. Fulmer of Elderton, Max L. Fulmer of Indiana and Donald E. Fulmer of Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Raymond C. Fulmer and one sister Dorothy Mae Kerr. FULMER - Friends of Paul Stiteler Fulmer, 82, of 221 Main St., Elderton, who died Friday, June 21, 2002, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Clark Chapel, 238 S. Main St., Elderton, where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday. Burial will be in Elderton Cemetery, Elderton. For information: www.clarkchapel.com. Arrangements by Clark Chapel.
