Paul Martin Llewellyn

Paul was born on June 3, 1947 in Leon Springs, Texas. He was raised in Belle Glade, Florida.

He enlisted and was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. Where he was wounded in that conflict.

After rehabilitation, He returned to Florida, where he attended Palm Beach Junior College. Majoring in Hospitality and food services.

His first job was at the John D. McArthur PGA golf course as Chief steward.

He then advanced to become the Director of food services at the Jai Alai Fronton corporation in West Palm Beach, Florida, and Newport, Rhode Island.

Years later, he became an associate professor at the prestigious Johnson & Wales College in Providence, RI. He married and left there to open his own delicatessen with his wife, Christine.

Always seeking further education he developed a career as a licensed neuromuscular therapist. He and Christine opened several clinics. Paul ran the therapy, and Christine ran the Raffa yoga studio.

Paul later divorced and moved to 20 undeveloped acres in Real County, Texas Hill Country. Where he single-handedly built a CBS two-room cabin, utility room, solar battery room, and a lovely surrounding deck and roof to enclose his trailer. Completely off-the-grid, with solar energy and water catchment.

Although baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he became an accomplished practitioner of Hatha yoga and belonged to the Self Realization Fellowship for more than 30 years.

He loved to travel with his travel trailer all over the US and Canada. He particularly liked the Caribbean islands and lived periodically there.

He was loved by many and has left behind a daughter, brother, two nephews, and a niece.
