Hi Danny, I don't think I ever offered my condolences when your father and brother passed. I offer them now with the hope of knowing you and Lyly are doing well. Thanks for the memories.

So sorry to hear about Paul. Have not seen him in over 20 years. Used to live on 31st St and he would drive by in his truck and see
me on my hands and knees gardening and called me Mrs. Botanist. Lost touch after I moved away. You have my sympathies, Marlene. Also did not know about your brother Paul.
My husband and I visited Paul many years ago when he was in California. Prayers for them and for you.

Dan, I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
I would have attended the service, but I'm currently in FL.
Here's a beautiful quote for you: "My father didn't tell me how to live. He lived and let me watch him do it."
Please let me know when you are in Erie again. Mary Duncan

Dan, Don't know if you remember me, but Paul loved our music when he was able to make it down to the Legion on Sat. Nights. I went to grade school ( St. Casimir) with Paul Jr. & he also liked our music. I also remember Paul's sister Josephine, & bought vegetables from her often. My condolences, go out to your family from me & the band, the Hi-Lites. Bob Kedzior

Hi Dan and Marlene, George and I want to express to both of you our sympathies on the passing of your Father. He used to stop by my house on 31st St any time he was driving by in his truck and I was out on my hands and knees gardening and call me Mrs. Horticulturist....
I must have been out of town when your Mom passed away - we usually go to Florida for 4 months in the Winter (or California as we did one year when we met up with you Dan). I think you remember my son Joe and my daughter Annette - Brenda may have been too young for you both.
I wish you safe travels Dan and I am sure Joe and Annette would like me to express their sympathies as well. My family all live in Erie or close by but California is a long ride home. Good Luck to both of you.
Love, George and Mitzi Banister - 31st St (previous address - now up in Belle Valley.

Dan and Lyly,
To a life well lived! I have met several people who worked at the Soldiers and Sailors Home who only had great things to say about your dad. He is in a better place now with some of the best. May he rest in peace.

Marlene & Danny,
We grew up together on the same block and I remember that your parents were always so kind and generous. I am so sorry for your loss.

Danny,
I'm very sorry to hear of your loss. When my Mom mentioned of his passing my mind immediately thought back to those memorable days hanging around your house with your family and on the rare occasion to help him load his truck. Payment was always a good lunch and refreshments at his favorite local bar. Those were the days! You are in my thoughts and prayers. Those memories will always bring a smile to my face.

ps My Mom would have liked to attend the services but she had her knee replaced last week and is not very mobile at the moment. She also sends her condolences to you and your family.

Danny & Lyla,
I am very sad to hear of the passing of Paul.
I had many fond memories of my escapades with my very good friend Danny , and his Father. ( Danny - i still remember Parade ST.) '
I miss you my friend --think of you with big smiles and great times---your whole family contributed to that
