To The Paul Wiland Family,
When we think and talk about the good ole' days & times, while growing up in Carterville,MO, Your Wiland family stands out. By you all living across the street from the Dairy Cream and it being a busy place to hang out. We always seen at least one of you and sometimes all of you, while stopping for a soda pop or ice cream cone.
Thank you for your kindness and compassion you showed with those around you & always your thoughtfulness of others and You all were happy children in general. And it showed by the way you treated others.
May the Great Provider of All Things, comfort each of you,at this time of the loss of your father, now and during the days that follow.
Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I'm so sorry for you loss. Like so many young men in the Carterville area I bought my first car from Paul. I didn't know him that well, but I do know he seemed to be an empathetic person, kind and good natured.

We will miss all the stories and talking about cars. We will especially miss Paul's cooking. He often shared it with us. Paul was really happy when he was on the lake with friends and family. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

The Wiland Kids:

We are sorry to see that you have lost your father. I enjoyed living near him much of my life. We spoke from time to time when we moved in across the street on Colonial Drive. He always had something of interest to say and often made me laugh. I do miss all the cars he had and the stories.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your loved ones.
