I was extremely saddened to hear of Paula's passing. I will always think of her when I walk along Beechwood Blvd. as I would sometimes do with her. My sincerest condolences to her family.

Two of my children (now in their 40's) had Miss Bernstein in Greenfield School. Neither live in Pennsylvania so I e-mailed them the obituary and they both called me, telling me of their shock and regret. Our thoughts are with you.

"Miss Bernstein" will forever be my most favorite teacher. I felt priviledged to have been one of her many students. Her love of music and theater has been an inspiration to me-always.

Our deepest sympathy to Ms. Bernstein's family. Paula taught my two children at Greenfield School. We kept in touch over the years & have many fond memories. She was the best teacher the Pgh. School District ever had or ever will again. Paula will surely be missed. Peg & Matey Yalch & Family
