MILLBURY – Pauline L. (Bouffard) Belhumeur, 84, died Monday, July 18th in St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester.

Her husband, Gilbert D. Belhumeur died in 1989. She leaves a nephew, three nieces and her godson and cousin, Calvin Charles of Stow. She was born in Fall River and is predeceased by her parents, Edward and Helen (Gamelin) Bouffard, a brother, Edward R. Bouffard and a cousin, Joyce Rich. She attended Fall River Schools and came to Millbury in 1948.

Pauline worked for New England Telephone Co. in Rhode Island prior to her marriage in 1948, then for Telecron an affiliate of the G.E. Company in Worcester for 14 years and for St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester from 1983 until retiring in 1991. Her neighbors on Oak and Lake Streets were so wonderful and generous of their time in helping her with her needs.

Her funeral will be held Friday, July 22nd from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Brigid Church, 59 Main St. in Millbury. There will be a calling hour from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. prior to the funeral in the funeral home. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery in Worcester. Memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia Society, Mass. Chapter, P.O. Box 4072, Pittsfield, MA 01202.
