I still miss you, Sis. I miss our phone conversations and miss saying hello to your grandchildren when I called while you were watching them. I didn´t realize how much I missed you until I picked up my phone to call you. . .

I was saddened to hear of Peggy´s passing. She was my sorority sister from Montevallo, Phi Mu President. She always made me laugh and it was a privilege to say she was my sister.

Peggy was my beloved soroity sister at University Of Montevallo. She was our President when I first joined. I remember when Peggy and D-Day were roommates living in the one & only room that had its own bathroom. Those two had taken in a kitten which was "against the rules" for sure. It had 4 white paws & they named it Soots in honor of its white "foots." We all worked really hard helping them keep that little thing hidden. To be honest, I am not sure what finally happened to the little thing. Peggy was a very admired lady. She was an inspiring loving person. She will live on in the hearts of many.
