No words can express my appreciation for the opportunities Cincinnati Incorporated and the March brothers afforded me. Working under the tutelage of Herb Goetz, in close proximity to Perrin and his brother John, gave me a close insight into how to conduct business in the most professional and ethical manner. A great man surrounded himself with good people. He testified to that fact (that he had good people around him) in a deposition he had to give once in a product liability case. He knew how to identify the qualities in all of us and how to nurture us to perform at our best. Perrin served us well by providing the best working environment I have ever witnessed throughout my working life. I cannot explain how Perrin's culture impacted my life and allowed me to grow into a much different man from what I was when I first met him in 1973. May he rest in peace and happiness with God for eternity.

The All-American businessman. He practiced what he taught all employees -respect and accountability. It was a privilege to work for Cincinnati Incorporated because of the reputation he built for the company and its products. He will be missed.

It was a great experience to have worked for Perrin who taught us all how respect is earned in the business world. He set a fine example of how to run a company that company leaders today should study and emulate.
