Perry J. Fernandes, 63, from South Attleboro, Massachusetts, passed away unexpectantly at home on April 1, 2024, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Born in Attleboro on October 4, 1960, he was the son of the late Dennis Fernandes, Jr. and Dolores I. Anelande.

Perry had a personality that people gravitated towards; whether professionally or privately. He was a fun-loving guy and a respected mentor. Memories of Perry called up his mischievous nature and joyous laugh. He loved his children, extended family, and numerous friends.

He was the beloved father of Jaime L. Neal (Colter), Jason M. Fernandes, and Kelly A. Fernandes (Blake Adams). Perry was also a cherished
grandfather to Brody C. Adams. He is survived by his sister Christine LeFort (Michael), brothers Dennis E. Fernandes (Valorie Camorata) and Nicky J. Fernandes (Catherine), along with nieces and nephews, Amanda LeFort, Alicia Silva, Angela Lynn, Nicole Koumasidis, Michael and Christopher Fernandes. Great nieces and nephew, Olivia and Evelynn Silva, Reed and Thea Van, Alaina Lynn, Emma and Theo Koumasidis. He was predeased by his niece, Jessica A. Fernandes.

Perry attended Attleboro schools and was a graduate of the class of 1978 at Bishop Feehan High School where he played football for the Shamrocks. He furthered his education at Worcester State and Bridgewater State Colleges.

In his career, Perry was the Senior Vice President of PCI Group, a highly regulated direct mailing company providing secure print communications for clients requiring such services. He played an integral role in growing the company and providing mentorship to all who worked with him.

A sports enthusiast, Perry was a dedicated fan of the New England Patriots and enjoyed catching games at Gillette Stadium. He also found joy in golfing during his leisure time and spent many years boating and fishing on Narragansett Bay.

A Celebration of Life was held on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at the Heather Hill Country Club in Plainville, Massachusetts, to honor Perry's life with numerous family and friends in attendance.

Perry will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those he touched.
