CATTERALL Peter John Rishton on 11th June 2018, aged 75 , last surviving descendant of John Catterall of Preston and Manchester and Amelia Threlfall, formerly of the City of London College, Liveryman and Chartered Accountant. The funeral will take place at the Church of St Alban the Martyr Holborn, London, EC1N 7RD, on Wednesday 4th July 2018, at 11am, followed by cremation at Mortlake Crematorium, at 1.20pm.
