So many fond memories of Peter! We had so much fun in Disneyland-he laughed and smiled 24/7! You are such super parents to Peter and I extend my deepest sympathy to you.You dedicated your whole lives to him.He was a lucky young man.
Peter was a teacher to many people and that benefitted so many other children.May he rest in peace.

To the dear Costas family. The greatest ray of sunshine ever! Peter was one of my most loved and favorite students of all times. He never had a bad day and laughed and smiled at everything we did at the Arnone School. And his wonderful attitude came from the extraordinary love, care and support that your exceptional family gave to him and all of his friends and teachers. As the poet James Joyce wrote "they lived and laughed and loved and left." And the world will never be the same. My deepest sympathy to you all. Gerry Osborne

To the Costas Family:
Our prayers and thoughts are with you all. I worked with Peter at BHS with Elaine. Peter's smile would brighten the worst of any one's day. His smile was so great, and I am sure it will be missed.

Peter was my Buddy at Dr Weinstein's office. He would come in with his head down but as soon as I called his name, he would look at me and say Hello. When I would ask him if he knew me and would become all smiles and start saying Yes. We would have some very interesting conversations. Regards family and friends! I am so sorry for his loss:(
