I am so sorry for your loss. I will always have fond memories of building forts, playing GI JOE and riding bikes through the subdivision growing up with Harwood.

I remember Harwood (Peter) from MBA. I am happy to see that the kind, generous, curious, and independent teenager that I knew became an outstanding Gentleman, Scholar, and Role Model. Harwood welcomed my transfer to TN with open arms, trips to Monteagle, southern rock, and the infamous 'Curry Pizza Pie'.
I will miss Harwood. I see how many will miss him and who will always appreciate their memories of him.
My heart goes out to all of Harwood's loved ones during this difficult time.

I am very sorry to hear of Harwood's passing. I did not know that he was sick. I fondly remember having him in the MBA Jazz Band in it's early days. We certainly had some great times.

Jovial, sincere and hilarious, Peter was a warm and wonderful friend I won't forget. I don't ever remember him being anything other than his buoyant, good-humored self. He was always eager for a stimulating chat - Peter knew a lot about a lot. His sense of humor was uniquely his, and it radiated his sunny disposition. I will miss him.

Peter was a good friend and example of how to be. If you feel bad you still smile and you still go. He got bad and better and bad again but he was consistently a joyful, and positive person. Respect.

We are heartbroken over the loss of Peter. He was a good friend, and so full of life in the face of a terrible disease.

Peter introduced me to the wonderful city of New Orleans, and I'll never forget our adventures eating and drinking our way through the city. We didn't know each other at Davidson, but after meeting through friends in Nashville, what a pleasant surprise it was to find out we were both Wildcats. I'll always admire Peter's resiliency, his humor, and his infectious spirit. We will miss him fiercely.
