It was very sad to hear the passing of our dear friend and colleague Peter Kilburn. We thought it is not too late to offer our deepest condolences and sympathy to you as we just heard the sad news yesterday. We remember our last visit to Peter and Michelle at their house in East Townships three years ago, and were very much impressed by Peter's commitment, attachment to the cause of protecting nature and environment. We hope that you will be fine with the life going on and we shall stay with you all the time.

To Michelle and family. Please accept our condolences on Peter's passing. While we have lost touch in the years since Peter was at CIC, he provided guidance to many of his then young colleagues that has never been forgotten and on the occasions when our paths crossed after you returned to Quebec, it was always a pleasure to spend time with him.

I write to you from Sydney, Australia where I have been in contact with Peter since August 2015. He has been most generous in sharing our mutual Robertson & Campbell family history. I am shocked and saddened to hear of his sudden death. Please accept my sincere condolences at this very sad time. Peter wrote to me as recently as 14th October. I would love to hear from members of his family at any time.

Our thoughts are with you. I have very many happy memories of the Kilburn/Morris clan at Tremblant, including Big Pete, Helen, Angie Morris and Kimmy the black Labrador. Much has changed at the Lake, and so many old friends are no longer with us, but warm memories of that halcyon time will never fade.

Our heartfelt condolences to Michele and the family on Peter's passing. We have fond memories of the years which you, Peter and the children spent in Regina while Peter was a senior officer with the Crown Investments Corporation.

Sincere sympathies. It was an honour to know and to collaborate with Peter over the years of his retirement in the townships. I witnessed the success of his remarkable tree planting projects, a credit to his vision and hard work (and plenty of TLC).

I remember you and Peter so well from our youthful summer days growing up at Lac Tremblant North.
Remember the Regattas that were held at my uncle's house....Dr. Whiting's "Point" !! What fun we all had !

Michele - so sorry to hear from Susan that Peter died so suddenly - what a shock for you all. Our paths crossed in so many ways over the years, starting with him and his grandfather Alf, my father's oldest friend. I am sorry I cannot attend the reception on Tues as I am leaving for a trip that evening. I so enjoyed living in your house on Metcalfe Ave in the early '90s.
