Peter MURDOCH Obituary
Peacefully at Summerset Mountain View on Saturday, 19 November 2022 aged, 90. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Anne for 66 years. Much loved father and father-in-law of the late John, Jane & Andrew, Alaister & Jo, and Blair & Rebecca. Special Poppa of Georgia and Lily; Ashlee, Kody and Josh; Cory, Maia, Will and Sophie. Great-grandfather of Charlie. Thank you to the team at Summerset Mountain View for their special care of Peter. Messages to the Murdoch Family may be left on Peter's tribute page at eagars.co.nz/peter. A service to celebrate Peter's life will be held at Eagars Te Henui Chapel, 174 Lemon Street, New Plymouth, on Friday 25 November 2022 at 10.30am. For those unable to attend, Peter's funeral will be live-streamed via his tribute page.

Peter was a gentlemen and an opinionated one, he always stood up for what he believed and what a lot of us were to quiet to say. Peter and I travelled 1000's of kilometers together to livestock saleyards etc. with great discussions. Peter was always honest and reliable. and he named me the pie man
