Peter Lorne Rhodes Sr.

Peter Lorne Rhodes, Sr, age 71, of Prospect, CT, passed away on June 10th, 2010 at Yale New Haven Hospital. Peter is the husband of Faith Anne Schneider Rhodes; father of Pattie Rhodes of Queens, NY, Deneen Rhodes of New Rochelle, NY, Peter Rhodes, Jr & his wife Diane of Hopeville Junction, NY, Dusty Rhodes & his wife Pam of Pauling, NY and Michael Rhodes & his wife Bonnie of Wappingers Falls, NY; step-father of Christopher Bishop of Milford and Mark Trotta & his wife Brunella of Bridgeport; brother of Saverio Conforti & his wife Deloris of New Rochelle, NY and the late Patricia Rhodes. Peter is also survived by 10 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his former wives, Grace Lofaro Rhodes and Laura Cignitlia Rhodes. Born in Brooklyn, NY on May 18, 1939, he was a son of the late Augustus Rhodes and step-son of the late Viola Rice Rhodes & Katie West Rhodes. Peter was a US Marine Veteran and a truck driver for over 40 years, retired from the Waste Management Co. Relatives & friends may attend his Memorial Service on Monday, June 14, 2010 at 7:00 PM in the Trinity Evangelical Free Church.
