It's a tremendous blessing to be a friend of Peter. I met Peter at Burnaby North Baptist, and he was somebody that was easy to love. He was funny, intelligent, honest, and caring. He loved his family, the church and the Lord. We both shared the same profession, and Peter was generous in sharing his knowledge. The happiest I've ever seen Peter was when he came back from the UK and told me about Trudi - the answer to Peter's prayer and faith. Our heart breaks for you, Trudi. We're praying for you and the rest of Peter's family. Peter, I look forward to the day I will see you again.

Peter was a friend to everyone he met. His laugh was infectious, and he was always patient in conversation with others. He lit up a room with his cheeky grin, and had a wonderful, positive attitude, even in the face of life's struggles. No one has been, or ever will be, quite like Peter. You will be missed, my friend. To Trudi and family, our thoughts and prayers are with you at this terrible time.

I remember the times my husband, Carl, and I spent with Peter. He was a gentle person, full of God's grace. The very first time I recall being with Peter was when we heard he needed help to put up his new shower curtains. His apartment
was not far from our home and he often rode to church with us. He was always joyful and a great overcomer! Jean Peterson
