Our deepest condolences to the hearts of Philip's family and friends. Philip was an amazing individual; driven, motivated and passionate. He always spoke highly of his family and conveyed the love he had for all. He was fun loving, humorous and jovial; always a pleasure to be around. His zeal for life was always evident as he found joy in all aspects of life. He exuded positivity and his smile was infectious. His motivation was admirable as he strode for success in all that he set his mind to. It is with great sorrow that we heard of his passing. We loved our time with him as he wanted to heal and move forward with all of his endeavors. He will be greatly missed. He will forever remain in our hearts. Always.

Phil was one of my best friend in our neighborhood. My Fondest memories of Phil include those times we would meet at the intersection between our two houses in the early morning just before going to work, Phil would have his two dogs, sometimes one of them was in a stroller, when they didn't feel like walking. Oftentimes his two youngest daughters were with him. Phil was patient and cheerful with all of them. My dog Cookie, at least, didn't bark at Phils dogs. We chatted and then another neighbor would join us. Those are my best memories of him and this neighborhood. I will dearly miss him, I already do!
