Philip Bruso Obituary
Philip was a graduate of Houlton High School and Southern Maine Vocational Technical Institute. He worked at Houlton Motors, Carter Bros., and Bartlett Farms. He owned and operated Bruso Garage and lastly, he worked at JDR Transport. He was an avid snowmobiler and enjoyed jeeping and muscle cars.
Besides his mother of Falmouth, Philip is survived by two daughters, Dawn Bruso of Houlton, and Brandi Saucier and husband, Peter, and their children, Joshua, Emily, Trinity and Carter all of Washburn; son, Jarod Britton and girlfriend, Chelsea, of Monticello; three sisters, Phyllis and Meredith Folsom of Monticello, Lisa and Tim Saulter of Falmouth and Julie Bartlett of Hodgdon; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father; and son, Mark.
Friends may call 2-4 p.m. Saturday, July 13, at Bowers Funeral Home, 10 Water St., Houlton. A private graveside service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may donate to the American Cancer Society, 1 Bowdoin Mill Island, Suite 300, Topsham, ME 04086. For an online memory book and to leave condolences please visit
