Sorry to learn of your loss. Worked for Phil at the Office of Research & Development and traveled with him several times. A smart, thoughtful gentleman who will be missed. He and the family will be in my mind and prayers.

Karen and I want to express our sadness in the loss of Phil, a great professional collage and personal friend. We have many pictures of the New Year's Eve parties and the memories that went with them.
We know he struggled in his last years, we saw my mother weather away with Parkinson's. Not painful but like a boa constrictor it slowly squeezes life away.
We hope all is well with you and that you visit us in Montana to see our mountain home and Yellowstone Park.
