Phil was my room mate and friend for several years at Oregon State
University. We were Facebook friends and today Facebook reminded me it was his birthday. Went to his page and was shocked to see he had passed. My condolences to his family. Phil was a good friend, a fellow who looked for solutions rather than trouble. The life of every party! Wish we had spent time together these past years but we lived so far from one another. If one of his family members would contact me, I would appreciate it ([email protected]). So sorry!
