Phil was of the most affable, individuals I have ever met. Always could be counted on to "be there" if you needed him, and was. I will never forget his incredibly kind heart and his ability to listen to you when you truly needed it. So, so many funny memories I can not express here, but will live in my heart forever. My deepest sympathy to his entire family and to those whose lives he touched. I will deeply miss you brother. "Ride on (Ride on)"

Plenty of fun memories of Phil in the ECHS cafeteria and Newport, Rhode Island.

I will always remember Phil as someone who loved his family, was passionate about his work, and was easy to talk to and joke with about life. His smile, and energy will be missed.

Phil was a great guy, I worked with him at Pratt. He was funny, and genuine, always stopped by to say Hi. A great loss, rest in peace Phil, you will be missed.

I worked with Phil and had nothing but the highest regard for him as a person, hard worker and wonderful all around great guy. He was a pleasure to work with and always had the best smile and sense of humor. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
