Philip James Pugh

Philip was our neighbor and friend for 30 years when he lived with Pat and Joan in Joppa Towne. Our children loved him. Though older he blended in with their ages. He was at our house often as I would "fix" issues with his carts. His knowledge of country music and "things" in general was amazing.

Philips legacy is one of the human spirit and will and what can be overcome and accomplished. He will remain an inspiration to any who came to know him.
