My late husband Fred grew up with Phil and his brother Mark and they spent their younger years fishing and hunting together. I met both Phil and my husband my freshman year at Franklin High School and we were all close friends from that time forward. Phil and Mark were both in our wedding in 1957 and Fred was in Kaye and Phil´s wedding in 1961. We spent many wonderful years as couples fishing, playing cards and having dinner in each other homes, and those memories will be with me forever. I know that Fred and Mark, along with their good friend Bill Fox, were all there to welcome Phil when he arrived in Heaven. Rest in peace dear friend.

I will miss Phil. He was funny, smart, and honest as the day is long. The world needs more people like Phil.
