A very dearly loved son of the late Terry and Dorothy, a dearly loved brother of Sue, Jan, Mick and Dave, brother-in-law of Simon, Pete, Deb and Claire, dear father of Charlie and also a dear friend to many. Passed away suddenly at home after a long illness on Sunday 23rd December, 2007 aged 39 years. Phil's funeral service was held at St. Helen's Church, Etwall on Monday 7th January at 2.00pm prior to burial in Etwall cemetary. Floral tributes and all enquiries please to J.H.
