Phillip Anthony Ueber

Phillip Anthony Ueber, 73, of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away on September 17, 2025.

Born on March 22, 1952, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Phil attended Indiana University, where he majored in Business. He went on to build a successful career as District Manager for Meldisco, a subsidiary of Kmart, retiring in 1993.

Phil is lovingly remembered by his wife, Terry L. Ueber (Schwartz), and their three children: Matthew R. Ueber (Melinda), Joshua W. Ueber (Amy), and Angela M. Wright (Bryan). He was a devoted grandfather to Audrey, Connor, Will, Addison, Miles, and Landen. He is also survived by his brother, Greg Ueber (Shirley), and sister, Dr. Susan Raymond (Rich). Phil was preceded in death by his father, Elmer T. Ueber, his mother, Dolores Ueber, and his stepmother, Phyllis Ueber.

A lifelong sports enthusiast, Phil's love for ice hockey began in early childhood and continued well into adulthood. He was also an avid fan of baseball and football. He found great joy in spending time on the lake and hosting cookouts with friends and family-moments that reflected his warm spirit and generous heart.

A Family and Friends Celebration of Life event will be held in October. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Bluegrass Parkinson's Alliance.

Phil's legacy endures through the love he shared and the memories treasured by those who knew him. May his memory bring comfort to all whose lives he touched.
