Helen Kinas

Helen Wright Kinas, 93, of Sugarmill Woods died Sunday August 29, 2010, at Always There Assisted Living Facility in Inverness. She was born June 4, 1917, to Howard and Ethel Tucker Wright in St. Albans, Vermont. She has been a local resident for 27 years. She was a graduate of Burlington Business College.
Following graduation, she was employed as secretary to the president of Bennington College for 10 years, was a secretary for Mississquoi Paper Corp. of Sheldon, VT, for 15 years and was the secretary of the First Presbyterian Church of Crystal River and was also a member there. She was also a member of the Women's Association of Sugarmill Woods.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Howard E. Wright. She is survived by her husband, Burton W. Kinas; a son, Howard Tittemore of Jacksonville; a daughter, Patricia Urban of Sullivan, ME; granddaughters Robin and Karen Bernhard; grandson John Urban; and one great-grandson.
Private cremation arrangements are under the direction of Strickland Funeral Home, Crystal River. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 4, at 2:00 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Crystal River, presided by Pastor Rob Allen.
