MIKULASOVYCH, Phyllis Eileen (nee Carrick) (Longtime member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #34 and member of Washago Seniors Club) Passed away peacefully at Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Monday, May 7, 2018 in her 91st year. Survived by her loving companion Louie Mousmanis. Predeceased by her husband Frank Mikulasovych. Loving mother of Ron (predeceased) (Chris) Bonnett and Rosemarie ""Susie"" (Robert) Murdoch. Cherished grandmother to Susan (Jamie) Lightheart, Louis (Carrie) Kujan, Nicole (Jon) Bonnett-Dostal and Jeff (Jamie) Bonnett. Great-grandmother of Kaitlynn (Tyler), Kristopher, Matthew, Gregory, Nate (Aimee). Great great-grandmother of Easton and Alice. Step-mother of Zdenka (Joe). Step-grandmother of Gabika (Nick), Monica and Yvette (HeeGwan), Marcel (Angie) and Roxane. Step-great-grandmother to Jack and David. Survived by her sisters Doreen (Phil) Spurling and Maureen (John) Lewis. Predeceased by her siblings Muriel, Ivy, Jack and Dorothy. Phyllis will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia on Sunday, May 13, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. On Monday May 14, 2018 a Legion service will be held at 12:45 p.m. followed by a funeral service in the chapel at 1 o'clock at the Mundell Funeral Home.
