Pierre I. Khoury

Pierre I. Khoury, of North Brunswick, passed away Monday, September 20, 2021 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 22. Born in New Brunswick, he lived in North Brunswick all of his life. He was a 2017 graduate of North Brunswick High School, where he played soccer, basketball, volleyball and swimming. He received his associate's degree from Middlesex County College and was currently attending Jersey City University. Pierre most recently worked for the New Brunswick Parking Authority Valet. He was a volunteer at the North Brunswick Fire Department and was very active parishioner with St. Sharbel Maronite Catholic Church in Somerset. He enjoyed the outdoor activity, especially hunting, fishing and camping. He loved driving his Dodge Charger and most of all being with his family and friends. Pierre was one of kind. He was very respectful, honest, loving and caring. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. He's predeceased by his loving mother, Georgina (Ayoub) Khoury (d. 2012), his maternal grandfather Chakib Ayoub (d. 2013) and his paternal grandfather Pierre Khoury (d. 2017). Surviving is his beloved father Imad (Marlene) Khoury of North Brunswick; his brother Dany Khoury of North Brunswick; his step-brothers Samir and Freddy Mansour; his maternal grandmother Juilette Ayoub of Kendall Park; his paternal grandmother Therese Khoury of Lebanon; his uncles Joseph Ayoub of Kendall Park and Ramy Khoury of Dubai; and his aunts Ferial and Josephine Karam, Therese Farhat and Wafaa Khoury all of Lebanon and Christine Khouri of Mechanicsburg, PA; and several cousins. Friends and relatives may call on Thursday, September 23rd, from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at The Crabiel Home for Funerals, 170 N Main St.-at Riva Avenue, Milltown, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, 11:00 am, at St. Sharbel Maronite Catholic Church, Easton Ave., Somerset. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Piscataway.
