I had the pleasure to work with Portia for a short time and was able to continue to visit with her at Dr. Sally’s office. Portia’s beautiful smile and sweet spirit will be missed.

A beautiful lady inside and out. So very kind and patient to me as a patient of Dr. Sally Fife. I will never forget your kindness. You will be missed, prayers for you and your family. Rest in God's perfect peace.

Portia was a dear, dear friend. She was so beautiful and precious and she had such a sweet, sweet spirit.

Sonya, we are so sorry to hear about the loss of your sister. Wayne and I are both sick and unable to come to the funeral home. But know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

I knew Portia as the mother of a former student and a colleague and from her employment at the eye doctor. She was always a very nice person with a caring, warm personality. I'm sorry for her children's and friends' loss. Karen Nunn

I knew Portia in high school. She was the sweetest and kind hearted girl. We kept in touch off and on the last couple of years, so this news comes as a shock. She will be missed by family and friends. May you rest in peace Portia.

I know Rick and therefore know that Portia was a winner and a super person. I am sorry for the entire family for their loss. There are never enough words at times like these. The family must go on and honor her memory. It is time for mourning but someday you will see the light again.

I’m so sorry about Portia. I loved Portia and knew her through my brother Jackie and through Dr Fife and Barbara Marlin. It was a delight to go to Dr Fife’s and see Portia and Barb. They were excellent and ran the office amazingly. Portia always picked my glasses for me. I’m just devastated to hear this. Love and hugs to the family. Love you Portia❤. My Friend.

We attended the same High School, and she lived just down the street from our house. She was one of the nicest persons I have ever had the pleasure of knowing!

She was such a sweet and kind person, she will be missed. Jere and I thought she was amazing when she worked with Dr. Sally.
