August 20, 1991 - May 27, 2013
Presley Kenny passed away suddenly on Monday, May 27, 2013 at the age of 21 years. He was predeceased by his father Lionel John Kenny Sr., maternal grandmother Elsie Taypotat, paternal grandparents, Clarence Morrison, Bernice Kenny, sister Raven Taypotat, great-grandparents, Lucy Kenny, Kenneth Shesheep, his special friend Tanita Wesaquate, uncle, Phillip Kenny. Presley leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Debra Bowering (Taypotat), sisters; Ginger (Ron), Crystal (Dudley), Victoria (Billy) , Thunder Bird (Josh) Maria and Mareanna, one brother: Lionel John Kenny Jr., grandfather Bruce Hotomani, aunties; Devonna, Marlene (Leo), Sheila, Mary (Elis), Marjorie, Yvonne (George) and Pearl, uncle Louis (Beverley), special friend Jennifer Sunshine also numerous nieces, nephews, cousins aunts and uncles. A Traditional Wake will be held in the Kahkewistahaw Community Complex, Kahkewistahaw First Nation on Sunday, June 2, 2013 commencing at 4:00 p.m. with Funeral Service on Monday, June 3, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. with band elders officiating. Interment in the Kenny Family Cemetery, Ochapowace First Nation. Online condolences may be made at
