Priscilla “Jean” Martel, 77, passed away peacefully April 22, 2020 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born November 8, 1942 in Groveton, NH, she was a daughter to the late Leo and Alice (Brown) Nailer. Jean will always be affectionately remembered for her love and inspiration to her precious grandchildren and great-grandchildren, for whom she never missed a special event. In leaving, her memory will be cherished by her son Ricky Martel; daughter Tina Marte Bode; grandchildren Jessica and fiancé Dan, Joshua and wife Eliza, Nichole, Tyler and Jacob; great-grandchildren Garrett, Avery, Caleb, Ethan and Riley; and numerous nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Nelson A. Martel Sr.; and son Nelson A. Martel Jr. A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of her family. She was a great woman , I loved her , all the childhood memories , dancing on the porch and swimming at her house and being around Tina her daughter . My prayers go out to Tina and her kids and Ricky and his family . I am so sorry .
