Priscilla Mary Phillips passed away unexpectantly at her home on June 21, 2018 with her loving husband of 57 years, Edward J. Phillips, by her side.
Priscilla was born on April 16, 1942 in Chatham, NJ to Harry and Priscilla Goodwin. She was a graduate of Cambride Latin School in Cambridge, MA in 1959. She attended Regis College in Westin, MA for two years before she married the love of her life, Edward J. Phillips on November 25, 1961. Together they raised 4 children.
Priscilla was a competitive swimmer as a youth and through her teen years and has been an avid reader her whole life. She loved to bake and knit sweaters for her family and they will always cherish the Christmas stockings that she made for them. She enjoyed going to the local gym doing yoga and Pilates classes. She cherishes the friendships that she made there over the past few years with helping her cope with the pain that she was enduring due to health issues. She also enjoyed playing bunco with the ladies in neighborhood and all of the laughs that they shared. Her joy was her family and she took great pride in taking care of and making sure all of their needs were met. She was a super mom.
Priscilla was the consummate professional no matter if she was working as an aid, secretary, waitress, or manager she always treated everyone with respect and courtesy that everyone deserves. She worked her fingers to the bone, literally, to provide for the family that she so adored.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Edward J. Phillips, her 3 sons Edward Michael Phillips and his companion Barbara Clements, Brian Daniel Phillips, Christopher James Phillips, her Daughter Jeralyn Phillips Logue and her husband Andrew Logue, her sisters Cynthia Baldwin, Gail Fahey and her husband Robert, Clare Elwell and her husband James, her in-laws Mary Coakly, Cathy Hansen, and John Phillips, her grandchildren Alexander James Mitchell Phillips, Spencer Patrick Phillips, and many nieces and nephews whom she loved all dearly.
There is no amount of words that can tell the story of a live well lived. She will be greatly missed by everyone who was lucky enough to have known and loved her and had their world shine brighter because she and her beautiful smile illuminated their life.
Donations may be made on her behalf to: Fitness One, Old Moody Boulevard, Flagler Beach, Florida 32136

I will miss you when we gather. I loved catching up and chatting. You know I love your daughter and will always have her back. I hold you and your entire family in my heart and in my light. Enjoy the ride and if you have the opportunity, and I am listening, please try and tell me about it.
