OBITUARY Quentin James Chouinard was born on April 20, 1970 in Neenah, WI, the son of Alphonse and Barbara (Blek) Chouinard. He attended school in Wisconsin and was employed at a zoo for a period of time. Quentin?s life and happiness was his daughter Raven. He enjoyed the times he spent with her kayaking and fishing on area lakes. He also loved watching her at school programs and activities. Together they enjoyed being outdoors and rock collecting, enjoying the quiet summer days, and special moments with each other. Quentin was recently attending St. Mary?s Catholic Church. He was a member of the Ave Maria of the Runestone Knights of Columbus, where he helped with the pancake breakfast fundraisers. He was also interested in photography. Quentin J. Chouinard died on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at the age of 41 years old. He is survived by his daughter Raven Chouinard; sister Crystal (Bruce) Herschleb of Sun Prairie, WI; brother DuWayne Chouinard and Tracy Spellman of Portage, WI; nieces April Raabe and Danielle Belk; nephew Michael Raabe; great nieces Kaly and Gracie Tusa. Quentin?s mother Barbara Chouinard preceded him in death. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 27, 2012 at St. Mary?s Catholic Church with the Reverend Steve Binsfeld officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery. Casket bearers were the members of the Knights of Columbus. Anderson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. www.andersonfuneral.net
