Rabindra Nath Mahapatra, PhD

Rabin was an accomplished metallurgist, a well liked professional, person with humanitarian values, and contributed to several projects in the United States Navy. I had opportunity to work with him for several years and I value those years immensely. It's a great loss to the family as well as to the professional world. May his soul rest in peace. May the family have strength and courage to cope up with such a precious loss.
