(nee Pottinger)
Suddenly at home on Monday, March 21, 2016 at the age of 74. Beloved wife of the late Sydney Campbell. Will be dearly missed by her children Trevor Bailey and Marcia Minott; her grandchildren Jessica, Tyrone, Savhanna, Tristan, Geneva, Jenisse, Romie and Malikhi and her great-grandchildren Nya and Kyro. Sister of Florence, Dorett, Anthony and Yvette. Friends and family may pay their respects on Thursday, March 31, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road at Albion Road. Funeral Service Friday at 10:30 a.m. in Calvary United Pentecostal Church, 1681 Cyrville Road. Interment Hope Cemetery.

Dear Marcia, Trevor and family, our hearts are with you as you grieve. For many of us, your mother's spirit lives on in many ways. Her grounded, centred and sensible grand-children, and you, their parents, are a testament to the depth of her soul and the strength of her spirit. I remember Rachel's sense of humour while visiting our neighbours, as well as her zest for life, undertaking to learn to swim just two years ago with her good friend Carmen. While her unexpected passing came as a great shock and is a loss to our community, she lives on in many ways.

in the whole world , her heart was love, her smile was happiness, her hands
were giving, her feet was willingness/ and her walk was readiness. She was
perfect in God.'s eyes so he took her home. She will rise at his time appointed.

To the family: The Lord has taken Sis. Rachel to be with Him and it happened on the week of the Lord's passion journey to the cross. The timing is remarkable.
