Rachel SNYDER

SNYDER _ Rachel Elizabeth 1939 - 2003 Rachel Elizabeth Snyder (nee Collins) of Redland, near Rosebud, went to be with her Savior and Lord on June 12, 2003. Rachel was born January 7, 1939 in Canford Magna, Dorset, England. She is survived by her husband Dennis, of thirty years; daughter Onawa (Travis) Hogan of Drayton Valley, and granddaughter Alexis; sons, Nathan (Jasmine), and Wyckley, both of Calgary; her mother Helen Collins of Leominster, England; brothers, Richard (Karilyn) Collins of Tanzania, and David (Christine) Collins of Alexandria, Virginia; three nephews, one niece, three aunts and a number of cousins in England. She was predeceased by her father Reverend John (Jack) Collins in England in 1992. A Service of Thanksgiving and Remembrance will be held at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Three Hills, Alberta on Saturday, June 28, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations to Wycliffe Bible Translators (4316 - 10 Street N.E., Calgary, AB T2E 6K3) would be appreciated.
